[Feature Request]: Only Super Admins have the unfiltered_html capability #23

Is your feature request related to a problem?
As an admin you normally have the unfiltered_html cap. In multisite you don't have it.
Describe the desired solution
A UI for enabling it via checkbox in the profile (for super-admins only) could be a great way.
Describe the alternatives that you have considered
This could also be a global checkbox on a user role basis.
