llvm@13 will be disabled on 2024-12-31

The cardano-node-wiki [1] says 
```
You will need to install llvm in case you are using M1
brew install llvm@13
```
When this command is run, a warning appears
```
Warning: llvm@13 has been deprecated! It will be disabled on 2024-12-31.
```
