Daedalus Wallet Version: 11.1.0 crashes on Windows 10 Pro

I have Windows 10 Pro 64-bit running DAEDALUS7.2.0 worked well before however going back does it get stuck in verfying the block chain when tried to go back to it. . I was updating to Daedalus Wallet Version: 11.1.0. However after updating lunching Daedalus Wallet Version: 11.1.0 would not work and it would not start the application. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I also deleted the folder and content of C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Daedalus Mainnet unistalled and reinstalled the Daedalus Wallet Version: 11.1.0 but still did not solve the problem

Thank you for the detailed information. This appears to be related to a startup problem affecting some Daedalus 11.1.0 installations rather than an issue that repeated reinstalls will resolve.

Please do not uninstall and reinstall Daedalus again and do not delete any additional Daedalus folders.

Before we continue, please confirm to yourself that you have the recovery phrase for every wallet previously stored in Daedalus. Do not send the recovery phrases to us or enter them anywhere other than the official Daedalus wallet restoration screen on your local machine.

Daedalus 11.2.0 is scheduled for release within the next 24 hours and contains additional startup and Windows installer corrections. Once it becomes available through the official Daedalus download page, please install version 11.2.0 and attempt to launch it.

Because the entire C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Daedalus Mainnet folder was deleted, Daedalus may behave like a new installation. It may need to download or restore the blockchain again and your wallets may need to be restored using their respective recovery phrases.

Please do not return to Daedalus 7.2.0. That version predates the current Cardano protocol support and is not an appropriate fallback for the current network.

If Daedalus 11.2.0 still closes immediately, please send us the following information:

Your exact Windows version and build number as shown by running winver.

A ZIP file containing the newly created C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Daedalus Mainnet\Logs folder.

The Windows Event Viewer application error recorded at the time Daedalus closes. We specifically need the faulting application name, faulting module name and exception code. I can guide you on this if you need.

Please also tell us whether any Daedalus, cardano-node or cardano-wallet processes briefly appear in Task Manager before disappearing.

thank you very much for your help. Yes I have the recovery phrase. I look forward to version 11.2.0 hopefully that solves the problem. I will let you as advised.
