Adapt end-to-end test for on-chain configuration parameters

• E2e adaptation:
  • Use the new aggregator commands to read/write markers on chain
  • To use when updating the protocol parameters of the tests (no need to restart the aggregator anymore?)
  • Use new adapter for signer and aggregator
  • Option for legacy/hybrid support for protocol configuration
