Producing cumulative vertical and horizontal time-series outputs

I'm aware that MintPy only calculates the vertical and horizontal velocities, but I'm interested in finding out how difficult it would be to develop code to expand this capability to use the cumulative and incremental time-series datasets.

I'm not sure where to start in looking into this, so any pointers would be appreciated.
