[Feature Request] Add support for Apple Silicon (Mac ARM) #60

Hi PyISX team,
We are currently working on tools to help users convert Inscopix data into the NWB format. As part of this effort, we're using your library to extract both imaging and segmentation data in python (see: catalystneuro/roiextractors#407).
We are wondering what it would take to support isx in a way that is pip-installable on Apple Silicon (Mac ARM). At the moment, installation on Mac ARM requires workarounds that you kindly document but that makes testing and usage more complicated and brittle.
We understand that resources are often limited, but we wanted to raise this request so it’s visible to your team. Native support would significantly improve the experience for Mac users, and having this issue open will help us track any developments related to Apple Silicon support.
