citations dissapear when the same export format reselected

When on the literature record page the user clicks cite and then reselects the same export format as has been selected, the citations disappear.

Expected Behaviour

If the same format is reselected, the bibliography should not change.

Current Behaviour

If the same format is reselected, the bibliography disappears.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. go to https://labs.inspirehep.net/literature/1624734
2. click 'Cite'
3. select 'BibTex'

OR

1. go to https://labs.inspirehep.net/literature/1624734
2. click 'Cite'
3. select 'CV format (text)'
4. select 'CV format (text)' again

Context

Current behaviour is confusing.
