holdingpen: Attach PDF is not persisted

Current Behavior

Currently, if a cataloger untick Attach PDF checkbox, this is not persisted, so if one later comes back to the holding pen entry, it won't be possible to see if the flag had been ticked or not when the acceptance got confirmed.

Expected Behavior

We should at least have a track of what decision got taken last.
