[BigQuery] Not to update the recipe again when they change table to query

Issue Description

Current State

• We want users not to update the recipe again when they change table to query.

Why We Want to Change?

• Users set up BigQuery component with json_key & project_id & dataset_id, and they can see all tables & columns.

Proposed Change

• Modify GetDefinition implementation.
• Modify definition.json
