Modifying the options value

Trying to modify the value to specify the shipping cost next to the county name but can't figure it out. No changes in Data.php made a difference. I deleted Data.php and the extension still worked fine.

How exactly are the options in the select being generated?

Apply the newest commit and modify the getCountryHtmlSelect() function in the block, it was in the wrong file and did not apply at all
