Shipping cost is zero after logging in

Im on Magento 1.9.2. This module is working for me except for one problem. After a customer logs into his account, if he goes to the cart, the transport is shown as zero even if it shouldn't be. More precisely, Im offering free transport for orders above X sum. Even if the customer's order is under X sum, if he has items left in his car, when he logs in and goes to the cart, it shows shipping cost as zero.

I investigated a bit more and i think the problem is related to the persistent cart. I think that when a user logs out and then logs in again the shipping rates are updated so when he goes directly to the cart the dummy shipping rates of this module don't apply.

If i hit refresh in the cart, the problem goes away.

I have the same problem too. Sometimes shipping cost is at zero for no reason.
I can't reproduce it manually yet, so i cant fix it atm.
