Describe the need
Github projects now allow for Issue Types to distinguish from Issue Labels: https://docs.github.com/en/issues/tracking-your-work-with-issues/configuring-issues/managing-issue-types-in-an-organization. For those that use this provider to manage their GitHub organisation it would be good to have a github_issue_type resource to manage these.
