Description
Describe the bug
At the first use, I was going to download models I need. Then when downloading, I find that I can't press the Confirm button when I already checked the third-party model usage instruction. So I can't download any models by now. I don't know if I missed some steps or if it's a bug, so this can probably be considered a help issue too.
BTW I also failed to install ComfyUI either.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'setting'
- Click on 'Models'
- Scroll down to 'Model Download'
- Choose any model and click 'Download', then check the third-party model usage instruction
- See error
Expected behavior
I want to know if this is a bug, or how can I fix this (or let me know how to link to local models).

Thanks for reporting.
The issue is either a regression in the code for the Model tab download section, OR a regression in code that deals with a partially downloaded (tmp) models
This model can also be downloaded when you type a prompt in Create with image settings of Default: standard resolution and Standard Quality. Try that and tell me if the model downloaded.
Also check the models folder (Ai Playground/resources/services/models/stable_diffusion/checkpoints) for any tmp directories. If any exist delete and try again
