[Feature Request] Add dml language support to Github

It would be nice to have syntax highlighting for dml files. Seems like the linguist codebase may be able to achieve this. Initial support to perform syntax highlighting like C would be helpful.

Thanks for the suggestion, we have simple syntax highlighting in the VS code extension and we have it for Emacs and vim.

But since you are mentioning linguist, I assume you want it for Github and it so happens that we have a PR there, but we need more upvotes, so please go there and upvote it somehow.
