[Bug]: issue with Fedora on HP ZBook 15 G6 #1970

What happened?
I have an HP ZBook 15 G6, and it runs the intel AX200 wifi 6 adapter, I have no issues with it so far
When I installed linux Fedora Workstation 43 on it (I also noticed this problem with the live OS as well) My wifi was not showing.. AT ALL, no option in the top bar, nor in the settings
sometimes it disappears alongside bluetooth
sometimes bluetooth and wifi shows normally
but at 33% of the time
I have dual booted with windows 11 25H2, and the wifi and bluetooth always goes normal with no issues so far
What's the usage scenario when you are seeing the problem?
