How to download prebuild pcm from appveyor?

Sorry for silly question, but I believe this is a good question.
I'm looking for pre build pcm for windows at Appveyor.com which is mentioned in Readme, However I cannot find the corresponding artifacts.

Where can I download it? not source code.
