Add testing for async reset (and async triggers in general) #38
Description
Motivation
ROHD v0.6.0 had some upgrades related to asynchronous triggers. It would be good to ensure that things work as expected in ROHD Cosim for async events.
Desired solution
Add more tests, and add any required fixes
