Allow CosimPortConfig to accept non-localhost hosts #48
Description
Motivation
Currently, the CosimPortConfig only accepts a port, but not a host, and defaults to localhost. It would be nice to be able to remotely debug, rather than only locally.
Desired solution
Add a host option to CosimPortConfig which just defaults to localhost, but can be configured to be something else as well.
