Remove our linters and use Ruff only

actually, there's a problem with flake8-django which is not maintained anymore. We could definitively consider switching all our linters to Ruff https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff.

This would require:

• update requirements.linters.txt
• update pre-commit configuration
• fix all the possible required changes
