[Enhancement] Add line breaks on tools descriptions

Suggestion for Oana:
On each of the tools pages, breaking lines and making sure that descriptions are a sentence per line might be better.

To consider before implementing: would that pose any issues with responsiveness and different device sizes

I've reviewed the live site and the code, and I'd like to work on this issue.

I understand the goal is to improve readability by breaking the tool descriptions into one sentence per line. My plan is to locate the text content for each tool and reformat the text as you've described.

Regarding your consideration about responsiveness: This is a great point. I will implement the change and then test it thoroughly across different screen sizes. Since we're dealing with text blocks, I believe the main risk is a description becoming a very tall, thin column on mobile. I'll ensure that the existing styles handles the new line breaks correctly. If I notice any layout issues, I'll make minor adjustments to fix them as part of my PR.
