Make translations feedback form more granular #1485
Description
Currently the feedback form only has a thumbs up/down, with an option for notes. This isn't enough for us to determine what part of the feature could use improvements/is failing.
- Thumbs up/down
- Auto-capture book identifier
- Auto-capture book publish year
- Auto-capture current page
- Auto-capture from/to languages
- Auto-capture whether model is loaded
- Auto-capture the browser language
- Free form Notes
