Blank cover on edit edition cover not positioned correctly

Problem

I noticed earlier today that the blank box for an edition's cover is not centered on the "Add Cover Image" button when editing the edition. I looked into it and opened a PR with a proposed solution to make changes to the css for this block that will center the rectangle.

Reproducing the bug

1. Go to an edition that does not have a cover already
2. Click edit

• Expected behavior: Blank cover box centered on "Add Cover Image" button
• Actual behavior: Blank cover box close to left form elements

Context

• Browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc): Firefox
• OS (Windows, Mac, etc): Windows
• Logged in (Y/N): Y
• Environment (prod, dev, local): prod (also happens locally)
