Unable to load DB-API drivers on Windows

Both packages

intersystems_iris-3.3.0-py3-none-any.whl
intersystems_iris-3.3.1-py3-none-any.whl

fail to load for me using pip with the following error:

ERROR: Wheel 'intersystems-iris' located at C:\Users\ehemdal\icca\tests\skipper_dockerfile\intersystems_iris-3.3.0-py3-none-any.whl is invalid.

I'm using Python 3.10.11 (tags/v3.10.11:7d4cc5a, Apr 5 2023, 00:38:17) [MSC v.1929 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32. I unblocked the files after downloading and before attempting the installation.

Can you kindly check that the packages are intact?
