Swedish: add Time attributes #212
Description
We're working on a wound care project with the University of Halmstad and a Swedish company, where most of the pertinent information is hidden in clinical notes. It would be very useful to be able to identify time indications that are found in phrases such as "next wound dressing on Thursday", or "wound to be dressed 2 times/week".
