[uss_qualifier] Bring NetRID DSSInteroperability scenario up to current practices

The NetRID DSSInteroperability has a few things that can be improved on.

• Usage of an IDGeneratorResource instead of generating random UUIDs (see TODOs in the scenario)
• Direct definition and usage of a Volume4D as noted in this comment

Possibly this issue can be widened to look for other locations where random UUIDs are being used.
