[UWP] on device with high density pin is very little

Hi,
when i test map in a real device like my lumia 950xl the image of pin is very little, also if i zoom to the maps

At the moment we only support the default icons and so have no control over their scale. I don't think we'll be able to fix this until we add support for custom icons as then you could provide different sized images (but may still be limited by how the native control renders them)
