       fetched or displayed by this software (GPL-3.0 Section 7(c)).

Segment Timestamp Data Terms
-----------------------------
The segment timestamp data that this application retrieves from the
SkipMe.db API (https://db.skipme.workers.dev) via the Jellyfin media
server is crowd-sourced community data and is distinct from the
application's source code.  It is NOT licensed under the GPL.

The data retrieved and displayed by this application ("Segment Data") is
provided solely to enable viewing and editing of media segment timestamps
through the Jellyfin media server.  By using this application you agree
that:

  1. The Segment Data may only be used to view, create, or edit media
     segment timestamps within the Jellyfin media server via this
     application.

  2. Extraction, redistribution, or use of the Segment Data for any
     purpose other than managing media segments within Jellyfin —
     including but not limited to populating competing or alternative
     skip-segment services, automated harvesting, or bulk redistribution
     — is not permitted without the express written consent of the
     SkipMe.db project maintainers (https://github.com/intro-skipper).

  3. The Segment Data must not be presented as independently collected or
     owned by any party other than the SkipMe.db contributor community.

Note: These data terms govern only the Segment Data retrieved and
displayed by this application at runtime.  Your rights to use, study,
modify, and distribute the application source code remain fully governed
by GPL-3.0-only and are not affected by the data terms above.
