Features/Bugs working progress:

1. (feature) Remove PECL OAuth extension requirements ---- In progress
2. (Bug)$error object from getLastError() will not be cleared when a new $dataService function is called ---- In progress

4. (feature) Making the Line available in Facade lists so creating lineItem is straightforward ---- In progress

Known Issue:

1. PHP Version is matched with 5.6
2. IPP URL is not used
3. Php2Xml is outdated and not matching composer pattern
