Justification not Visible When Exporting as PDF #2395

Problem statement
When exporting the risk assessment as a PDF, the justification is not visible.
Expected behavior
I would expect that comment left under Justification would be visible in PDF.
- Go to Risk>Risk assessments, click on one
- Click on Export>Risk assessment>... as PDF
Number of characters available in justification field is just 500. It should be extended.
