Sanity check before deleting items

Problem statement
Currently, a lot of objects (e.g., assets) can be freely deleted, leaving behind records (e.g., risk scenarios, incidents) with important data missing. Been there, done that :(

Expected behavior
I would love to see a pop-up along the lines of "Hey, you are about to delete an object which is used in another location - are you sure? Deleting will cause an inconsistency in the data." Or maybe even an advanced version (like Confluence does it): "This object is used in this incident and this risk scenario."
