Finding labels list empty when requesting finding through the API #3511

Describe the bug
I created findings tracking. EACH finding as a label like PS (Point sensible), PP (Piste de progrès)...
However, when I extract the list of findings through the API, no label is associated to my findings.
Expected behavior
When a finding has one or more labels, they (or their ID) should appear in the filtering_labels list field in the API answer.
