pdf export incident not filling in fields

Describe the bug
I'm testing the incident module, when i export into PDF many fields related to owner and who filled it in are not visible in the pdf, they are visible in the markdown.

To Reproduce

1. create an incident
2. fill in timeline, set owner (=assigned to) to a "group"
3. export -> pdf
