Continue releasing 1.0.0 with -beta and -rc

I think it would be good idea to finally release 1.0.0 but since it's not gonna be a stable one, we could start -beta.1, -beta.2 etc. When it's get more stable -rc.1, -rc.2 etc.

As part of this, we have to create public_api.ts and export all public interface, service, components etc. So that we can keep track of breaking changes and have semver compliant releases.

However before, we had to export every single thing in the codebase in order to be AOT compatible angular library. We should investigate first if it's still necessary or not.
