"Manage record" button goes to wrong url for non-latest versions

Describe the bug

The manage button "Manage record" link goes to the admin panel with a search for records. However, non-latest versions aren't listed there. The "Manage record" link should go to the last version record.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a record with multiple versions
2. Go the first record (not latest)
3. Click "Manage" and "Manage record"
4. See error

Expected behavior

The link should go to the latest record, which is there (and lists both versions)
