Parent facet arrow is static

Describe the bug

The arrow responsible to inform the user that there are sub-entries does not change when the list is expanded or collapsed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the search results page
2. Click on the arrow of a facet that has sub-entries (eg. Resource Types -> Publication) to expand the list of filtering options
3. the arrow is static

Expected behavior

the arrow should point downwards

I have implemented the change and have opened a pull request. I'm not sure if the

1. merge is supposed to be done directly from my cloned repo into the master branch of upstream
   or
2. pushed to a branch of the same name from my cloned repo to upstream repo?!

Please advise.

Like you have it is good: a pull request targeting the master branch of this repo from a branch in your fork is perfect 👍 . We don't advise pushing branches on the main repos (we should probably clean out the ones that have accumulated there over the years). I'll follow up in the PR if anything else.
