Trying to receive stock using QR codes with app

I think I'm doing something wrong, but not sure what.

I've added all my parts into InvenTree, and now am trying to scan them in for stock.

If I scan my parts (DigiKey or LCSC) from the parts menu, it correctly finds the part. But from the stocks menu when I do a receive part scan, I get an error "No plugin match for supplier barcode."

Have you associated the barcode plugin with the appropriate supplier?

Yes, the plugin settings are set for both LCSC and DigiKey for the supplier.

You can see the barcode works when scanning to lookup the part, but not for receiving.

If you click on the failed scan log, you should see some more information - about what was sent via the scan context, and what the server was able to interpret. Can you share that info here?

You are not scanning from within the "purcahseorder" detail view - the app might not have enough context to receive the items. Try performing the same scan from within the correct "purchaseorder" detail view and see if this works??

I'm not using the PO system right now. I physically have existing inventory that I want to scan to add it to the stock. I can add it manually, but that is very tedious for how many different small parts I have. I was hoping to just be able to receive the stock by scanning it without needing to associate it to a PO. Otherwise, I need to manually add all the items to the PO by hand anyways, then scan them all to receive them.

That is not how the "receive stock" system works - it is tied to the purchase order system

Is there a way to manually enter stock via QR like the UI allows? Otherwise I have to enter everything in manually anyways when I build the PO, which defeats the purpose. Can't it just ask if there is a PO associated and allow scanning in to add stock without a PO? So far I've been manually adding the stock since the scan does not work, but I was really hoping to not need to do this for hundreds of parts. Since I already have the parts and am trying to enter them into inventory, it does not make sense to build a PO for them, especially when the plugin understands the QR code and can properly look up the item and gets the quantity from the QR code.
