[FR] Purchase Order: Sort by Received Item Qauantity #10987

- I checked and didn't find a similar feature request
Problem statement
When working in purchase orders, being able to sort by received quantity would be appreciated especially if and when parts coming in over a series of days or weeks. Most all other columns in the purchase order window are sort-able with the exception of: received, description, destination and note.
Suggested solution
Add in the ability sort purchase orders by their received quantity state.
