[FR] Show shoratage and ocations for external stock in hover

Problem statement

Hi team,

A a user i wouldl ike to see where my external stock is (qty & location) and or how many i have short for the current build.

Suggested solution

currently when hovering the mouse in a BOi gat:

but now it would be cool if it would immidiatly tell me where the external stock is, in this case i know i have some at EMS A, EMS B but for other parts i also have buffer stock at my vendor.
but since i now have shortage to build this particulair BO i thnk it ould be nice andeasy to implement if it box could tell me how much i have short.

We could add a hover-over which loads the stock data only when requested - this would be reasonable efficient.
