[FR] add confirm date to PO's

Problem statement

wouldl it be possible to add an additional field Confirm date to the PO line items?
currently when placing a po you can add a target date (which reflecte the request date, to the line. but than when you get the order confirmation from your supplier they might come with a diffrent date: "confirm date" or "promissed date" which might differ from what you wanted. it would be nice to have a field for that.

that same field canlater be used to take corrective action by either trying to pull in or buy somewhere else to solve the shortage. also for the BO this field could be usefulle as that will allow for prediction when a build can be doen.

Suggested solution

in my case i now missue the target dat for this prupose but it still does not allow for BO prediction.
my proposale add a new field to the line items allowing for the confirmed or promised date

In the upcoming 1.2.0 release there is the ability to add arbitrary key:value parameter fields against any order - would this suffice? I am wary of adding many niche fields to support every requirement as this adds significant overhead / bloat
