Problem statement
As a user i would like to generate an overview of my stock, required for year ending balancing,
ideally i would be able to select the columns i would like to see from all availeble fields.
but PartName, IPN, Revision, Last price, qty in stock total, qty external, qty location path. Allocated (y/n)
currently the Stock > Stock Locations or Stock > Stock Items export does not show all values. specifically when stock is allocated it is not shown. (which in my view is wrong i still have it on stock)
also when stock is stored at diffrent locations itmight be usefull to have this informtion. so if its internal add the location including its full path, in excell one could than filter on this. also if its an external location thsi could be very handy.
Suggested solution
in Stock > Stock Items extend the possible fields in select columns:
this allows better filtering.
next step is to export data for only the visible /selected fields or show a popup to select fields one would want.
and perhaps this is a plugin not sure. sorry.
The Inventree Exporter Plugin is currently exporting lots of data that can already be used and just filter out thats fine but whenever stock is allocated to a BO it is not visible in this overview. but i still own it its not cunsumed yet. or did i miss something? for me totalStock is availeble + Allocated
Describe alternatives you've considered
set the filters and select the data and copy to excell but this is way to much work
