[FR] Select image size on upload for large images

Problem statement

When taking pictures with the android app on a modern smart phone, the images uploaded are huge.
EG Samsung S22+ running the app, takes an image that is 13+ megabytes and 4000x4000px
In most cases this is overkill, and makes uploading photos the slowest aspect of creating a part.

Suggested solution

Allow a resize option in the cropping screen to reduce the image size at the same time as a crop.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have attempted to drop the image size in the camera app when prompted, but the image is not meaningfully reduced.
