Hi,

Great tool :-) !

Just a quick usage note, --help shouldn't start sniffing on eth0, it should just display the usage and return.
Same applies for usage error (-i without an interface name should display an error or help and return).

I know I know, boring user things ;-)

Also, my debian Wheezy is detected as Ubuntu 11.04, I guess it's normal but just to let you know :
isc-dhcp-client 4.1.1-P1-17
requested parameter list: 1,28,2,3,15,6,119,12,44,47,26,121,42,121,249,252,42

Future ideas (if you are interested) :

• adding a pcap support (to replay a trace)
• summary output (easily "greppable")
• generate a lease file ?

I should be able to fix your --help concern quickly and you are quite right about it!

I'll look at your fingerprint issue but actually, the visibility for this fix will be in the fingerbank repo as only the db is sync'ed here.

You future ideas are all good! The first one should be trivial, the second one might need discussion and the third one an explanation (or use case).

Would you mind filing them in separate issues? It'll be easier for me to track and for users to find.
