configurator(step 3): verify if no key has been enter when user click on "Next step"

At step 3 of configurator, you can:

• enter a Fingerbank key and verify it
• click on Next step if you want to skip this step

However, if you enter your key in the field and click on "Next step" (without verification), your key is not saved.

Describe the solution you'd like
Like in other steps of configurator, validate form when user click on "Next step".

If user has enter a Fingerbank key without verification, we should verify key at this step.

Have a dedicated button to skip this step.
