A provisioner shouldn't be mandatory on the connection profile when going on status page

Describe the bug
A provisioner is mandatory right now in order to see the psk on the status page.

Expected behavior
Even if there is no provisioner associate to the connection profile when we go on the status page, we should be able to see the psk if it exists with the current user.
