Request to Include or Facilitate External Use of the Turkish Language Pack in PacketFence

I am currently using the PacketFence application and have completed the full translation of the Turkish language pack available in Transifex. I would like to request that this language pack be included in the official distribution or that an easy-to-use interface be created for external usage.

This addition would significantly enhance the experience for Turkish-speaking users and contribute to the accessibility of PacketFence. Please let me know if any further steps are required from my end to facilitate this process.

I've begun the changes to add this in #8575
