[enhancement]: don't scroll image thumbnails when dragging an image to a new board

What should this feature add?

it would be nice if the pane containing the image thumbnails for the current board did not scroll when you mouse up to drop the image onto another board. it is easy to lose your place after the drag and drop operation is done.
