[enhancement]: Horizontal resize handles for prompt boxes

What should this feature add?

Current resize handles are too small, needing precise aim. And if you tried to resize the boxes right after scrolling the left panel, the scroll bar would show up and obstruct the tiny resize handle.

Horizontal resize handles are much easier to use (no need for tedious aiming) and gets rid of the scroll bar problem.

So, basically you want a whole bottom edge to be draggable. Not just a triangle in the corner?

To be honest, a triangle in the corner suggests resizing in both directions, which it does not.
So having a draggable bottom edge/separator would make more sense.

Yeah. Forgot to say, some kind of a similar icon in the middle of the line is useful to hint the handle.
