[bug]: "i" hotkey on canvas no longer activates the eyedropper tool

What happened

In past versions, on the canvas, the "i" button would activate the eyedropper / color selection tool. As of 6.14.0, this no longer happens.

What you expected to happen

Pressing the "i" hotkey on the canvas should activate the eyedropper tool

How to reproduce the problem

Open any raster layer in the canvas and press i. It won't activate the eyedropper.

For some additional information, I believe this behavior started on 6.13.5, and as well as for the canvas eyedropper, the "i" key also no longer works on the gallery to pull up the metadata info (though, of note, it does work if you explicitly focus the preview pane).
