[Bug] Missing icon on LinuxMint Cinnamon

On LinuxMint Cinnamon, a widely used desktop variant of Ubuntu, the taskbar does not recognize Invoke Launcher's icon. By comparison, other Electron apps such as MetaStable work as expected.

There are some changes in the new alpha release. An icon is visible now, but it's a default system icon instead of Invoke's logo, and the application is no longer present in the Start Menu - whereas before it was present without an icon.

Here is the Metastable AppImage for comparison:

Weirdly, 1.7.0 final is back to the 1.6.0 behavior: no icon, but visible in the Start Menu. It's like we're alternating the horse thief to hang, but they're both still the wrong ones!

Build pipeline was unstable for a bit there - I think you caught it in an in-between state.

Good news, though - because we the Launcher now auto-updates, I feel more comfortable yeeting out changes.

Previously, I was very conservative with the release cadence because I didn't want users to need to manually update over and over again.

The build pipeline is also much simpler now that electron-forge is no longer used (only electron-builder).

I believe we can configure the Linux build to fix this:
