Create Launch Page

Create a launch page similar to gene.iobio. The page should allow the user to launch with an example. We can use the examples already in the app inside of the NavBar component in the add-select-patient section.

The page should contain the following:

• Option to launch with a demo patient complete with a "picker" to choose from the few examples we have
• Instructions on how to use the application such as where to get the phenotypes needed to launch & how they might go about getting their gene list for their patient.
• Links and references to the papers (both exomiser and the SimPheny paper)
